African Americans now have the opportunity to piece it together, but they refuse to work with one another to bring it to fruition. How can you truly be with someone if you don’t even know who you are? Open your mind to other possibilities, like the fact that maybe, just maybe, your pastor might be in it just for the money. He could be a liar or crook. When you follow blindly, you’re basically saying to yourself because he says he’s a man of God, he’s not capable of doing such things. Wrong. If you think that, then you’re dumber than I thought and you need to seek further help, far more than just this book.

When you and your man are having problems, do you try to address the argument by using the Bible? He probably knows what the Bible says. He wants to know what you have to say and what’s in your heart and mind. I think it says somewhere in the Bible, “Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess.” What does that mean to you? You know what it means to men? It means me, you, and every good Samaritan, teacher, student, police officer, firefighter, government worker, lawyer, judge, businessman, politician, administrative assistant, CEO, executive, nun, murderer, crook, rapist, thief, thug, pimp, pastor, pedophile, and prostitute will get to have our moment before God and then God, and only God, will decide our fate.

Now do you think if you’ve led an average life of fairly good intentions but married a Muslim or non-Christian man that you will burn in eternal fire forever when it’s possible that a murderer or pedophile can get through the gates? Like I said before, use your own heart and mind. Be a good person in general, not because the threat of eternal fire is looming over your head. Just be the best person you can be regardless, and I’m sure everything will work itself out. Is he a good man? How does he treat you? Do you think he will make a good husband and father? Is it possible that you can come to some common ground in regard to religion? If you can, then what’s the problem? These are the questions you should be asking yourself and not just dismissing him because he believes in another faith. If anything, you should be happy that he believes in anything at all. Follow your heart, use your mind, choose your path, and let God guide your steps, not your pastor.

THE BLACK CHURCH IS A HUGE JOKE

The Black church is no longer about religion. Let me rephrase that: The church is no longer about religion. The church is now big business. The reason why I use the term Black church is because it’s what I’m most familiar with and have the most knowledge of. The Black church doesn’t worship God.
